Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations of tickets. If a request for transferring dates of tickets is made with less than 48 hours notice before start time of event – no transfer or refund will be available. However, with enough notice, we can definitely try to transfer your ticket to another event. Requests for transferal of tickets can only be made once. *Should we have to cancel an event due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) which is out of our control, we will happily swap your tickets to a future date of your choice or give a refund.
We take full payment for corporate/private bookings prior to the event to secure the booking.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations. We can always try our best to rearrange your event to a different date, however a cancellation fee will apply.
If the number of people attending the private event decreases after payment has been made, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for those unable to attend. Should you wish to add on any additional people to the event after the invoice has been paid, the cost will be the same price per head as the original booking.

Our artists take photos during classes for use on our social media, website, and other promotional purposes. If you would rather not be in any of the photos, please feel free to let one of our artists know, and we will make sure to leave you out of them!
