We’re all about de-stressing, staying in the present, and enjoying yourself with some art therapy. Come join us to make Sunday your favourite day of the week!
We prioritise taking care of you at our Self Care Sundays. Our events are in cosy locations with chilled-out vibes, and we bring all the materials you need – including paints and paintbrushes, canvases, easels and a cute little tote bag for you to carry your painting back home. And we do have a fully stocked bar if you need something a little bit stronger to help you unwind!
Give yourself some TLC this Sunday – instead of fretting about all the tasks and deadlines you have at work, craft a bit of time for yourself to get creative on a blank canvas.

Painting, drawing, and colouring all come under art therapy, which is often used to help people with mindfulness and tackling negativity. Art therapy is great for self-care
